As a third generation driver, Jayme Barnes has racing in his blood. Jayme began racing at the age of 4. While growing up he raced motorcycles and three-wheelers. When he was 16, he jumped behind the wheel of a 360 winged sprint car and found success immediately. He earned Rookie of the Year honors that year at Skagit Speedway. Last year, he won the inaugural Northwest Region championship.
