First sprint car memory: I remember my dad taking me to Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Wash., when I was a kid, and watching them run on the big track before they had to have roll cages.
Favorite memories: Wow, more than I have room to list here! Driving my dad’s #13 car for the first time at Sky Valley Speedway in Monroe, Wash.; winning a mechanics race at Sky Valley in Greg Curtis’s Jalopy; my one trip to the Chili Bowl with Fred Brownfield and Larry; all the traveling with everyone that worked for Fred and Debbie at Brownfield Promotions over the years; Travis Brearty letting me flag the last Northern Sprint Tour race was very special; working at the last National Sprint Tour race in Tulare, Calif.; being able to flag races at 14 different tracks in six states and Edmonton has provided me with lots of great memories.
Goal for this year: To see Larry and Debbie Kelley, and Greg and Tina Burgess have a fun and successful season along with all the race teams. And that all the race fans get to see lots of great racing.
