“I’m really excited about this new challenge! Although, I’ll have to admit at first I was a little hesitant,” Stacy recalls. “I’m one of those people that will typically read the first couple lines of a press release, then jumps down to the bottom to see the race results. What business did I have writing them? But after talking with several well respected people in the field and listening to several fans who shared my press release reading habits, I suddenly realized that I might actually be the perfect person for this job. All I need to do is write stuff that would interest me as a reader. Short, to the point, action packed with a little humor and emotion mixed in. And if done correctly, leaves the reader eager to read more. I can do this!”
Be sure to say “hi” to Stacy and the other members of the ASCS Northwest crew at Grays Harbor Raceway on May 29th and 30th as they kick off their third season of ASCS Northwest racing.
